I spent the evening delivering food for Door Dash. I had some spare time and I can always use extra cash. Monday evenings are typically busy. Nobody wants to cook on a Monday evening. I figured that St. Patrick’s Day might be even busier. I assumed that there would be lots of people who drank too much and wanted some food delivered. I wasn’t wrong.
The food choices were surprising. We don’t have any local Irish restaurants. I don’t know what I was expecting. I delivered a lot of pizzas. The second most popular food choice was Mexican cuisine. I’m not talking about Taco Bell. For Saint Patrick’s Day, they were celebrating with some serious enchiladas. Sláinte and Buenos Dias.
