I write a post every day. I call it my Daily Dispatch. You are reading one right now.
I am committed to writing daily because the best way for me to become a better writer is to publish every day. Somedays, it probably isn’t worth reading. There have been days when I tried hard to find a shortcut. Some posts have been the bare minimum.
Every time that I hit the publish button, somebody might read it. I try to always remember that you are giving me your time when you read my work. I don’t want to waste your time.
I am a better writer now than when I started. I hope that I can continue becoming a better writer. I wouldn’t mind if I became a truly great writer. But really what I want is for some of my words to matter. It is enough, if I can encourage one person. I hope that something I write will help somebody feel better. It makes me feel better every day.
