If you have been following along, you probably already know that I have been driving for DoorDash to help pay my bills. There is an unadvertised benefit to being a food delivery driver that nobody talks about. It’s the Christmas lights. I love seeing all of the holiday decorations. I remember back in the 80’s when we would go out for a drive, just to see the lights. If you are unfamiliar, it is what it sounds like. The whole family would pack into the family Buick and drive around town admiring the Christmas spirit on display. Do people still drive around their neighborhoods for the sole purpose of admiring Christmas lights?
