I have eaten rabbit on more than one occasion. Most of the time it was delicious. It’s the kind of meat that has to be prepared correctly or it isn’t worth the effort. The thing is, if you are roasting some rabbit and you call it a bunny, I am not eating that. Bunnies are cute and cuddly. They are not meat. Names matter.
